The release is also referred to in the files as "fixed" meaning there's likey a bad version out there somewhere as well. I have created new patches for both the standard and +tracks versions and have posted them below indicating release/version number. After much digging and language frustration I have located what I believe to be the most recent release of 5125 (aka v23).
Ok so it seems the files on for this hack are even more out of date than the original author's website.
