The expectation is that the next scheduled update will finally include mods to be opened for PS4 users playing Fallout 4. The latest patch update to Fallout 4 (released today on PC and coming soon to consoles) includes an update to Bethesda’s Creation Kit which now offers mod support for PS4 mods.
